Underlying problems such as skeletal misalignment, muscle or connective tissue that is out of place and other irregularities in the body are common causes of chronic pain.  At Reza Chiropractic, we teach our patients techniques called “blueprint” exercises, which strengthen muscles and correct any irregularities.  These simple, corrective techniques can be completed at home on your own time and can significantly improve not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes, especially when coupled with proper chiropractic care.  Problems such as headaches and constant neck and back pain are due to improper muscle use which lead to injuries over time.  Targeting specific exercises for each patient helps to relieve pain and assists them in living healthier, more balanced lives.
